Privacy Policy

Nestmarketing ("we", "us") provides cold email infrastructure, WhatsApp marketing and customized CRM services through nestmarketing.us. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number and message when you fill in our contact form or speak with our team.
• Client data we process: when you use our services, we process contact lists, message content and campaign data on your behalf, under your instructions.
• Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and performance.

How we use information

• To reply to enquiries and provide consultations
• To set up, run and support the services you have engaged us for
• To send service-related messages such as setup updates and invoices
• To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse

We do not sell personal information.

WhatsApp messaging

When we send WhatsApp messages for a client, we do so through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, only to contacts who have given that business their opt-in. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP or using the in-chat opt-out option, and opt-outs are honoured automatically. Message data is handled in line with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies.

Email outreach

Campaigns we run for clients include sender identification and a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email delivery and messaging providers), when required by law, or with your consent.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups to protect data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected].
